Samuel Pratt
Samuel Pratt (October 6, 1807 – March 24, 1878) was an American farmer from Spring Prairie, Wisconsin who represented his region in the Wisconsin State Assembly and the Wisconsin State Senate on several occasions between 1849 and 1873, first as a Free Soiler and then as a Republican.
