Sanjeev Balyan
Sanjeev Kumar Balyan (born 1972) is an Indian politician and member of the Bharatiya Janata Party. He has been elected to Lok Sabha from the Muzaffarnagar constituency in 2014 and 2019. He was appointed as minister of state for Agriculture and food processing in the National Democratic Alliance government in May 2014. Then, in July 2016, he was moved to be Minister of State for Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation, under Minister Uma Bharti. He was moved out of the ministry in September 2017 but he again made a comeback in the ministry when he defeated Ajit Singh in a very close contest in the 2019 elections. He is appointed as minister of State for Animal Husbandry, Fisheries and Dairying on 30 May 2019.
