Sarah Newton
Sarah Louise Newton, FRSA (née Hick; 19 July 1961) is a British Conservative Party politician. She was first elected as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Truro and Falmouth in 2010 and re-elected in 2015 and 2017. Newton stood down as an MP in November 2019. She served as Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Crime, Safeguarding and Vulnerability. She was appointed Chair of the Health and Safety Executive from 1 August 2020.
