Stephen Bate

Stephen Stanley Bate MBE (born 24 August 1977) is a New Zealand–Scottish Paralympic cyclist who competes in tandem races as an athlete with a visual impairment. Bate, piloted by Adam Duggleby, represented Great Britain at the 2016 Summer Paralympics in Rio de Janeiro, winning two golds and a bronze medal.
