Tartu Parish (Estonian: Tartu vald) is a rural municipality in Tartu County, Estonia. It has a population of 10,810 (as of 1 January 2019) and covers an area of 742 km². The population density is 14.569/km2 (37.73/sq mi). It has four small boroughs (Äksi, Kõrveküla, Lähte and Vahi) and 39 villages. The current mayor (vallavanem) is Aivar Soop.
