Teenaa Kaur Pasricha

Teenaa Kaur Pasricha is an Indian filmmaker and screenwriter best known for her documentary film 1984, When the Sun didn't Rise which won India's National Film Award for Best Investigative Film, announced on 13 April 2018 by Government of India appointed jury headed by filmmaker Shekhar Kapoor. She has been selected for the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) "Fellowship on Films for Social Change" by the U.S. Department of State in January, 2020. She won New Voices Fellowship from Time Warner Foundation supported Asia Society, New York for her feature film script The Red Autumn.
