Teo Ser Luck (simplified Chinese: 张思乐; traditional Chinese: 張思樂; pinyin: Zhāng Sīlè; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Tiuⁿ Su-lo̍k; born 8 June 1968) is a former Singaporean politician. Teo stepped down as Mayor on 26 May 2017 when his term ended and also relinquished his appointment as Minister of State on 30 June 2017 as he had planned to return to the private sector. He remained as the MP for his constituency until 2020 when he did not stand for the 2020 Singaporean general election. He has stepped down as Mayor of North East CDC on 26 May 2017 and as Minister of State on 30 June 2017.
