Walter Fong

Walter Ngon Fong (Chinese: 鄺華汰) (1 April 1866, Guangdong, China - 12 May 1906, Hong Kong) was an American educator, missionary and linguist who founded the first technical college in Hong Kong. He was Stanford University's first Chinese graduate.
