Wei Rui

Wei Rui (simplified Chinese: 魏锐; traditional Chinese: 魏銳; pinyin: wèi ruì, born May 25, 1991) is a Chinese Sanshou kickboxer who currently fights out of Da Dong Xiang fight club. On February 25, 2017, he won the K-1 World GP Lightweight Champions belt making him China's first K-1 World Champion. As of February 2021, he is ranked the #2 featherweight, #6 super bantamweight and #8 pound-for-pound fighter in the world by Combat Press. He was the 2020 Combat Press "Male Fighter of the Year".
