The 1980 Gillette Cup was the eighteenth and final Gillette Cup before its renaming to the NatWest Trophy in 1981. It was an English limited overs county cricket tournament. It was held between 2 July and 6 September 1980. Middlesex County Cricket Club won the tournament, defeating Surrey County Cricket Club by 7 wickets in the final at Lord's.
