The 1994-95 season in Honduran football league had 3 legs against each team and six classified to the playoffs in which the 1st played the 6th the 2nd played the 5th and the 3rd played the 4th. Olimpia finalized first with 63 points and eliminated Marathon who were sixth, Motagua had classified as second was eliminated by the fourth place Victoria and the other series was won by Real España who defeated Real Maya. Victoria's manager was the Uruguayan Julio González.
