The 2011 Eastern Illinois Panthers football team represented Eastern Illinois University in the 2011 NCAA Division I FCS football season. The Panthers were led by 24th-year head coach Bob Spoo and played their home games at O'Brien Stadium. They were a member of the Ohio Valley Conference. They Eastern Illinois the season 2–9, 1–7 in OVC play and to finish in last place. Spoo retired at the end of the season after 25 years at the school and 24 seasons coached. he did not coach during 2006 season for medical reasons.
