2016 ICC World Twenty20 squads

The 2016 ICC World Twenty20 will be the sixth ICC World Twenty20, and the first to be hosted by India. Sri Lanka are the defending champions, having won the 2014 edition. The following squads were chosen for the 2016 ICC World Twenty20. The player ages are as on 8 March 2016, the opening day of the tournament, and where a player plays for more than one team in Twenty20 cricket, only their domestic team is listed (for example, Jos Buttler plays for Lancashire Lightning in the T20 Blast and Mumbai Indians in the Indian Premier League).
