4805 Asteropaios

4805 Asteropaios (1990 VH7) is a Jupiter Trojan discovered on November 13, 1990 by Shoemaker, C. S. at Palomar. It is named after Asteropaios, a character in Homer's Iliad who fought for the Trojans in the Trojan War. Photometric observations of this asteroid during 1994 were used to build a light curve showing a rotation period of 12.372 ± 0.010 hours with a brightness variation of 0.26 ± 0.01 magnitude.
