AVA DoBro

AVA DoBro, also known as Avalon Willoughby West and by its address of 100 Willoughby, is a residential high-rise building in Downtown Brooklyn, New York City. It surpassed 388 Bridge Street as the tallest in the borough, beating it by less than 10 feet (3 m). A large building, it has 826 units over 57 floors. The dark blue facade started going up in October 2014. As of July 2015, the tower has topped out. As part of the development, a new entrance to the Jay Street – MetroTech station of the New York City Subway was built, including an elevator.
