Acraea oberthueri

Acraea oberthueri, Oberthuer’s Acraea, is a butterfly in the Nymphalidae family. It is found in Nigeria, Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea (Mbini and Bioko), the Republic of Congo, the southern and eastern part of the Democratic Republic of Congo and western Tanzania. The habitat consists of dense forests and mature secondary growth. It is mimicked by females of Mimacraea apicalis. The larvae feed on Ancistrocarpus densispinosus and Grewia species.
