Although founded in Roswell, New Mexico in 1956 by Lonnie and Barbara Allsup, its corporate offices have been located in Clovis, New Mexico for decades. Allsup's is ranked as the state's #1 privately owned corporation. It is also the largest convenience store chain in the state of New Mexico. The Allsup's logo features a zia sun symbol nearly identical to the one seen on the New Mexico state flag.
