Anjali Bansal is Managing Director and Partner at TPG Growth. Ms. Bansal's responsibilities include building TPG Growth's market presence and investment capabilities in India, as well as developing the Operations and human capital-related capabilities of its portfolio companies across Asia and Africa. Previously, Anjali served as founding Managing Director of the India business of Spencer Stuart, the global executive search and leadership consulting firm, during which time she also co-led the firm's Asia Pacific Board and CEO practice. Earlier, Anjali was a strategy consultant with McKinsey & Company, the global management consulting firm, in New York and Mumbai.
