Asphalt Xtreme is an upcoming racing video game, to be published and developed by Gameloft and to be the second spinoff in the Asphalt series. The first off-road racing iteration in the series, it is rumored to be released in Quarter 3 of 2016. Based on the promotional screenshots, the video game will feature a lineup of rally cars, monster trucks and a vast amount of snowy tracks and dirt. The visual interface, angular camera view and vehicular design of the game concept have a strong visual resemblance to the Motorstorm video game series. It is rumoured to have the same physics engine as Asphalt 8: Airborne and Asphalt Nitro.
