Asterivora urbana is a moth of the Choreutidae family. It is known from New Zealand. The wingspan is about 9.5 mm. The head is fuscous with whitish scales and the thorax is bronzy-brown dotted with black and with longer scales. The legs are dark fuscous irrorated (speckled) with whitish and the antennae are blackish annulated (ringed) with grey. The abdomen is dark fuscous, although the margins of the segments are grey.
