BD Bacatá
BD Bacatá (Bogotá Downtown Bacatá) is a skyscraper currently under construction in Bogotá, Colombia, the tallest one in the country, surpassing the Torre Colpatria (Colpatria Tower) and the second tallest in South America. When completed it will be 67 stories high composed of 1.2 million square feet. Development includes office and retail space, apartments and a 364 room hotel. It will be the tallest skyscraper in Colombia, and the first crowdfunded skyscraper, meaning that it was funded by natural persons through buying of shares and fiduciary rights allowed by colombian law.
