Banned on Vulcan
Banned on Vulcan (2001) is an EP by the dark cabaret/darkwave artist Voltaire. It was released in 2001 by PlanetGrey Records, then re-released later that year by Projekt Records. Voltaire is a great fan of Star Trek, frequently attending conventions. All four tracks on this album relate to it, and mention characters, places, and situations from the show. The cover features Voltaire as a Vulcan in Starfleet uniform, smoking a cigarette. The EP is since long out-of-print, but all of its four tracks would be re-recorded for Voltaire's 2012 album BiTrektual.
