Beg, Steal or Borrow
"Beg, Steal or Borrow" was the British entry in the Eurovision Song Contest 1972, performed in English by The New Seekers. The song was composed and written by Tony Cole, Steve Wolfe and Graeme Hall. On the night of the contest, the song was directed by David Mackay. The theme is a love song to a former lover. The two lovers should be together and one of them will "beg, steal or borrow" in order to "bring" the other love. The following year the British entry at the 1973 Contest was "Power to All Our Friends" by Cliff Richard.
