Browne-Clayton Monument
The Browne-Clayton Monument is a 28.75 metres (94 ft 4 in) Corinthian column on a square pedestal base at grid reference S 8146 2377 on Carrigadaggan Hill, Carrigbyrne, Co. Wexford, just off the N.25 route between the Irish towns of Wexford and New Ross. It is modelled on Pompey's Pillar, a Roman victory column in Alexandria, Egypt.
