Campo Verde High School

Campo Verde High School is a high school in Gilbert, Arizona, United States, operated by Gilbert Public Schools. It was built by Core Construction and opened in the fall of 2009. Its name is Spanish for "green field," an allusion to Greenfield Elementary School, local arterial Greenfield Road, and to the role of Spanish-speaking people in building Gilbert. In February 2010, the district installed two 200-kilowatt (270 hp) solar panels on the site to help power a third of the school.
