Changents is a privately owned and operated interactive storytelling and social networking platform that was launched in June 2008 by Alex Hofmann and Deron Triff. The Changents social network features multimedia profiles of individuals throughout the world, called Change Agents, who are working to create positive change in the areas of global warming, corporate responsibility, disaster relief, education, energy, the environment, health, homelessness, human rights, hunger, politics, terrorism, tolerance, violence and war & conflict. These Change Agents share their on-going, personal stories through video, photos, blogs, Twitter, and other interactive media.
