The first single released to promote the album, "¿Dónde Están Corazón?", became the 18th number-one single for the artist and "Lloro Por Tí" also peaked at number-one on that list. On 6 May 2008 the RIAA certified the album Double Platino in the United States. It was also certified Platinum in Russia.
