The Flying Dutchman World Championships are international sailing regattas in the Flying Dutchman class organized by the International Sailing Federation and the International Flying Dutchman Class Association. The Szabolcs Majthényi - András Domokos team has been the most successful in the history of the championships, with eleven titles.The most championships has been won by Hungarian and Danish sailors, eleven-eleven editions, followed by sailors of West Germany (eight). Flying Dutchman was an Olympic class from 1960 to 1992.
