Gatineau (provincial electoral district)

Gatineau is a provincial electoral district in the Outaouais region of Quebec, Canada which elects members to the National Assembly of Quebec. It includes most of the area surrounding the Gatineau River, as well as portions of the Gatineau sector of the city of Gatineau north and west of Autoroute 50 and east of the Gatineau River. It was created for the 1931 election. In the change from the 2001 to the 2011 electoral map, it gained Val-des-Monts from Papineau electoral district, but lost some territory to Chapleau electoral district.
