General Leopold von Flockenstuffen is a fictional character in the BBC sitcom 'Allo 'Allo!, which ran from 1982 to 1992. He was played by the actor Ken Morley. He appeared in six episodes of the fifth, sixth and seventh series of the series. When von Flockenstuffen arrives, it is made apparent that he previously knew Lieutenant Gruber, and the two begin to make innuendos to one another regarding homosexuality.
