Great South (Italy)

Great South (Grande Sud, GS) is a centre-right regionalist political party in Italy. At its foundation on 14 July 2011, Great South was composed of: * Force of the South (liberal-conservative, leader: Gianfranco Micciché, based in Sicily); * I the South (national-conservative, leader: Adriana Poli Bortone, based in Apulia); * We the South (Christian-democratic, leader: Arturo Iannaccone, based in Campania). In 2013 Great South joined the new Forza Italia and became virtually inactive as an independent party.
