Hamra Annaba

Club Sportif Hamra Annaba commonly known as Hamra Annaba is an Algerian Championnat National Amateur football club based in Annaba. The club was founded in 1944 as USM Bône (Union Sportive Musulmane de Bône). The club changed its name after the country gained independence from France in 1962 from USM Bône to USM Annaba (Union Sportive Musulmane d'Annaba) due to the name change of the city from Bône to Annaba. The club later went under another name change from USM Annaba to Hamra Annaba in 1971, which has remained since.
