Hatice Sultan (Murad V)

Hatice Sultan was born as the first daughter of Ottoman Sultan Murad V (1840–1904) and his thirdly wife the Natukhai, Şayan Kadınefendi (wife of Murad V). Hatice Sultan born in Kurbağalıdere Köşkü, 5 May 1870 – and died 13 March 1938, Beirut, Lebanon, buried in Damascus), was the oldest daughter of Murad V. She married firstly at Yıldız Palace, 3 September 1901 and divorced in Ortaköy on 20 September 1908 to HH Damat Ali Vasif Pasha (c. 1870 – 1918), Vizier, married secondly at Ortaköy Palace, 1 May 1909 and divorced on 16 June 1918 to HH Damat Rauf Hayreddin Bey Efendi (1871 – Beirut, Lebanon 1936), Chief Secretary of Foreign Ministry, son of Hayri Bey; and got Issue:
