The discography of Jay R, a Filipino R&B singer and actor, consists of five studio albums and twenty singles. In 2003, Jay R released his debut album entitled Gameface, and it was certified Platinum by Philippine Association of the Record Industry (PARI), selling more than 40,000 units in the Philippines.
