Kakumäe (Estonian for "Owl Hill") is a subdistrict (Estonian: asum) in the district of Haabersti, Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. It is located at the top of the Kakumäe Peninsula, which is part of the Baltic Klint in the Tallinn Bay.
