Kirtads Museum
Kerala Institute for Research Training and Development Studies of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (KIRTADS) is located at Chevarambalam near Chevayoor in Kozhikode. Kirtads is a museum maintained by the Government of Kerala. The museum exhibits many tools and devices of the tribal communities of Kerala. The campus also has a good library with books on anthropology and sociology. The centre also conducts seminars and research projects on tribal topics.
