Les Ambassadeurs Club

Les Ambassadeurs Club and Casino was opened at Hanover Square, London in 1941 by businessman John Mills and relocated to Hamilton Place, off Park Lane, in 1950. He ran the casino until 1981 when the leasehold was bought by casino group London Clubs International. In 2006 the lease was sold to the Sampoerna family. It has more recently been announced that all the shares are to be purchased by Hong Kong listed Landing International Development Ltd. This move is designed to focused on the Asian market opportunities in London.
