Linköpings FF

Although Linköping is the fifth biggest city in the country, it continues to lack a first-class men's team. The town is prominent in both hockey (Linköpings HC) and women's football (Linköpings FC). The hockey and women's football teams cooperate intimately, sharing both directors and sponsorships, but so far men's football has been excluded from such cooperation. In 2009 the club were replaced by FK Linköping.
