Malian parliamentary election, 2007

A parliamentary election was held in Mali on 1 July 2007 and 22 July. In the first round, there were about 1,400 candidates for 147 seats in the National Assembly. The parliamentary election followed the April 2007 presidential election, in which President Amadou Toumani Touré won a second term with 71.20% of the vote.
