Maxjazz (corporately styled MAXJAZZ) is an American jazz record label founded in 1998 by Richard McDonnell, who used to be an investment banker. Its catalog contains over 80 vocal and instrumental recordings. Maxjazz recordings are generally regarded as a "straight-ahead" acoustic style of jazz. It is based in St Louis, Missouri.
