McAlister Square

McAlister Square is a repositioned shopping mall in Greenville, South Carolina. It is a hybrid property, containing a campus of Greenville Technical College. The mall opened in 1968, featuring anchor stores Ivey's and Meyers-Arnold. A Belk-Simpson department store was added in 1974, bringing the mall to approximately 500,000 square feet (46,000 m2) of leasable space. A Winn-Dixie grocery store, movie theater and bank branch were outparcels.
