Mi Destino Eres Tú (English title: You Are my Destiny) is a Mexican telenovela produced by Carla Estrada for Televisa in 2000. It had an original argument Carmen Daniels and Jorge Lozano Soriano who wrote a melodrama of unique features thanks to its plot full of passion, family secrets, crimes and murders, mobsters. Lucero sang the main theme and it was a hit throughout Latin America. It was released in the album Mi destino. Lucero, Jorge Salinas and Jaime Camil starred as protagonists, while Susana Zabaleta, Silvia Pasquel and Natalia Streignard starred as antagonists.
