Nera Networks AS was a Norwegian company working in the field of wireless telecommunications using microwave and satellite technology. Formerly a subsidiary of Eltek, it was based in Bergen, with offices in 26 countries and more than 1,500 employees. The company was acquired by Ceragon Networks in 2011 Nera is operational through its three subsidiaries: As of 2004 Nera also owns a 50.18% interest in the public company NeraTel located in Singapore.
