It does not have built in music keys on the side but it is considered to be the third-loudest Nokia phone. Cingular Wireless was the primary GSM carrier that offered the Nokia 6230b in the United States. Other companies such as Cincinnati Bell, Simmetry Communications, Viaero Wireless and Telcel also offered this model.
