The film featured Anjali Devi as the beautiful neighbour girl. Famous comedian Relangi Venkata Ramaiah acted as her lover Subbarayudu and veteran South Indian singer A. M. Rajah as his opponent. This film was remaked in Tamil as Adutha Veetu Penn.
