Pine Hills is a census-designated place (CDP) and unincorporated subdivision in Orange County, Florida, United States, west Orlando. As of the 2010 U.S. Census, Pine Hills had a population of 60,076. It is a part of the Orlando–Kissimmee–Sanford, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area (home to 2,134,311 people in 2010). Pine Hills is home to several parks and two high schools. The Pine Hills Trail is also being developed. It is minority majority. Crime has been a problem and revitalization efforts are being undertaken.
