Pinsly Railroad Company, based in Westfield, Massachusetts, is a holding company of several short line railroads: * Arkansas Midland Railroad (along with affiliates Prescott and Northwestern Railroad and Warren and Saline River Railroad, both of which are operated by Arkansas Midland) * On December 5, 2014, Genessee & Wyoming filed a Notice of Exemption with the Surface Transportation Board to acquire these railroads from Pinsly. * Florida Central Railroad * Florida Midland Railroad * Florida Northern Railroad * Pioneer Valley Railroad
