Plužine

Plužine (Montenegrin Cyrillic: Плужине, pronounced [plûʒinɛ]) is a town in northwestern Montenegro. It has a population of 1,494 (2003 census). Plužine is the centre of Plužine Municipality (population 4,272) and unofficial centre of Piva region, named after Piva River. The town is close to the border crossing with Bosnia and Herzegovina (Herzegovina region) for the town of Gacko (Republika Srpska).
