Real Club España

Real España Club was a Mexico City football club that played in the Mexican first division. España was one of the most popular teams at the time Romántica of Mexican football. During the Amateur era they won 14 League titles and 4 Mexican Cups. After the professionalisation of football, España won another 2 major titles, the 1943-44 Cup where they beat Atlante 6-2 in the final, and the league in 1944-45 ahead of Puebla F.C. under manager Rodolfo Muñoz.
