The building was originally known as the AmSouth-Harbert Plaza, but was renamed on July 13, 2007, following the merger of the building's largest tenant AmSouth Bancorporation with Regions Financial Corporation, which is also based in Birmingham. The 31st floor contains the private Summit Club. The base of the building contains a 70,000-square-foot (6,500 m2) retail center. Regions leases 200,000 square feet (19,000 m2) in the building, making it the largest tenant.
